Coasteering is the most popular and fastest growing coastal activity in that you can do as a group in Britain today.

If you have never been coasteering before it is basically having the most fun you can possibly have in the surf and on the rocks with the most stunning Welsh coastline as a backdrop. Every coasteering session is different, as what we do will depend on the tides, the weather conditions and what you as a group really want to do.

We could be climbing slabs, swimming through sea caves, jumping into deep pools or scrambling and swimming our way around the coast. All you need are a pair of old trainers, swimwear & shorts and plenty of enthusiasm, we supply all the rest. You will be kitted out with wetsuits, helmets & buoyancy aids and then taken to some of the best areas for coasteering that the Pembrokeshire Coast has to offer.

When we first meet, we will kit you out and discuss what we will be doing in the session. We always start gently and teach you all the coasteering techniques that you need along the way, so by the time you get to the longer swims and higher jumps you will be more than ready for them. But if you feel that you don’t want to do a certain challenge, don’t worry – there are always other options.

Coasteering is a hugely exciting outdoor activity but we also work really hard to make it as safe as possible. All of our instructors are highly experienced outdoor activity instructors as well as experts in coasteering.  We are totally committed to giving every member in the group a good time so if anything seems too hard or too scary then you can simply miss it out and move on to the next challenge.
